Key Responsibilities
Micro Crispr Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and scientifically driven Zonal Medical Advisor to support our expanding Cell & Gene Therapy portfolio . This role will be pivotal in driving scientific engagement, building strong KOL relationships, and advancing medical strategy across the assigned zone.
1. Scientific Engagement & KOL Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) , clinicians, and researchers in Cell & Gene Therapy
- Lead high-quality scientific discussions on advanced therapies including CAR-T, gene editing, and regenerative medicine
- Identify and map emerging KOLs and centers of excellence
2. Medical Strategy & Execution
- Support execution of regional medical strategy aligned with global and national objectives
- Provide medical insights to internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, regulatory)
- Contribute to medical planning , advisory boards, and scientific meetings
3. Clinical & Scientific Communication
- Deliver data-driven presentations to healthcare professionals
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, impactful insights
- Support investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and clinical research collaborations
4. Medical Education & Training
- Conduct CME programs , workshops, and medical education initiatives
- Train internal teams on scientific updates and therapy advancements
- Ensure high standards of scientific accuracy and compliance
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, R&D, regulatory, and access teams
- Provide field insights to shape product lifecycle and strategy
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines
Key Focus Areas
- Cell & Gene Therapy (CAR-T, CRISPR, Stem Cells)
- Oncology / Hematology (preferred)
- Rare diseases / Advanced therapeutics
Qualifications
- MBBS / MD / PharmD / PhD (Life Sciences / Medical background preferred)
- Additional specialization in Oncology / Hematology is a plus
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in Medical Affairs / MSL role
- Experience in Cell & Gene Therapy / Oncology / Biotech preferred
- Strong exposure to KOL management and scientific engagement
