Access: Laptops & internet to be provided by Vendor, End client to create BRID and VDI access

L1.5 Shift : 24*5, 3 shift a day, availability on weekends for any change deployments

Resource shortlisting : End client reserve the right to interview each candidate for shortlisting

L1.5 Skills & Eligibility

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Service & Incident Management, Vendor Management
  • Basic networking knowledge with minimum Cisco Certified Network Associate level certifications/skills
  • Strong exposure to Network Security and in particular Network Access Control
  • Should have knowledge of all or some of below tools to perform their job
  • Splunk, Essas, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime NEs(Router, Switches, Wireless controller, (Firewalls, ACI Fabrics etc), Netrequest, Cyberark, Forescout (Enterprise manager & appliances), Spectrum(monitoring), Dx Netops, Ansible, SPDW, MS Office, Service Now, Jira)
  • Strong communications skills
  • ForeScout Certified Associate or FSCA training minimum
