Position Title: Data Integration – Senior Analyst

Position Details:
Reporting to HR Technology Integrations Manager,responsible for delivering integrated business services to assigned HR Organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL mappings, workflows, and UNIX shell scripts in a staging / data mart environment, based on technical specifications and other supporting documentation, using Informatica PowerCenter or similar tools, Unix Shell Scripts, advanced SQL, and Autosys Enterprise Scheduler
- Design, code, test, schedule, and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, Python and web API calls.
- Data Integration Specialist with deep knowledge on Python, unix shell scripting and handling databases and SQL.
- Work independently or with minimal supervision with Business and Risk Management to assess risk and develop controls and mitigation strategies for risk areas.
- Work with project teams, technology stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the design, development and implementation of applications programs and services meet organizations information security, risk, change management and other policies.
- Work with Application owners, SMEs in HR area to support audit test steps on high-risk applications and coordinate audit activities among Risk, Internal Audit teams and application owners.
- Function as SME and supply Governance, Information Security process knowledge on required subject-areas and systems.
- Ensure that process maps and documentation for HR Technology portfolio remain current, and that process changes are effectively led from a control perspective.
- Support implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the HR Technology portfolio.
- Develop & maintain inventory of information maps, including authoritative systems, owners
- Effective communication, presentation and documentation skills. The job involves extensive reviewing, creating and maintaining documentation related to process compliance, audit and Information security; so, ability to comprehend and write effective documents is mandatory.
- Some experience with IT projects or program management, esp., pertaining to Security, Audit or Risk is desirable.
- Support governance processes for HR Technology to ensure that its effective, properly maintained, and operating efficiently.
- Good organization, planning, and interpersonal skills
- Provide progress reports to management and handle periodic updates
Job Requirements:
- Minimum4-6 years experience working in ETL-Informatica along with Unix, Shell/Python scripting, Database management as a Senior Developer Or IT project lead supporting Banking applications/domain.
- Data Integration Specialist with deep knowledge on Python, Unix shell scripting and handling databases (SQL Server) and SQL.
- He/she should have worked on Data Dashboards – Power BI or Tableau (Good to Have)
- Experience working as a Systems Analyst or Business analyst or IT Project Analyst/Project Lead supporting HR Technology applications (Good to Have)
- Good understanding on network firewalls, azure active directory design and single sign on methods for application access.
- Must be a strong communicator and team player.
- Ability to be flexible, decision oriented, and motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams with conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
- Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology concepts, Objective and key Result framework and deliverables
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills including the ability to bring together various teams and resources to deliver results
