Order Fulfillment Specialist

Educational qualification: BBA or MBA Supply Chain or Logistics with relevant 2 experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Order Fulfillment Specialist. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for the daily tasks associated with identifying new clients, onboarding new order fulfilment vendors, and drafting SOP’s for operations. This includesmaintaining excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts to ensure a seamless and efficient order fulfillment process.

• Strong skills in Inventory Control
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Sales experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
