About the role

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic Brand Manager to join us at our Gurgaon office. This is not a client-side role — we want someone who has built brands from the agency side and understands what it takes to manage and grow multiple brands simultaneously. You will be the strategic and creative brain behind the brands we manage, driving growth in followers, organic traffic, engagement, and overall brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

Brand strategy & ideation

  • Develop and own brand strategies for multiple client brands across sectors
  • Lead brand audits, competitive benchmarking, and positioning exercises
  • Build brand playbooks including tone of voice, visual identity guidelines, and messaging frameworks
  • Ideate and conceptualise campaigns tailored to each brand’s audience and objectives

Content & creative direction

  • Plan and oversee monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Brief and work closely with content writers, designers, and video teams
  • Ensure every content piece is on-brand, strategically aligned, and audience-relevant
  • Drive high-quality UGC, influencer seeding, and creator collaboration strategies

Research & trend mapping

  • Conduct deep consumer and category research before onboarding new brands
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, cultural moments, and platform algorithm shifts
  • Translate research into actionable briefs, campaign ideas, and strategic recommendations
  • Stay ahead of emerging content formats, creator trends, and social media behaviours

Growth & performance ownership

  • Own follower growth, organic reach, engagement rate, and brand visibility KPIs across managed brands
  • Drive organic traffic growth through SEO-aligned content and platform optimisation
  • Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure brand-paid alignment and consistent messaging
  • Identify growth levers for each brand and proactively pitch new opportunities

Reporting & client communication

  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports covering reach, engagement, traffic, and growth metrics
  • Own the monthly brand review deck for internal leadership and client-facing presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate strategy rationale, results, and next-steps recommendations

What we’re looking for

Experience & education

  • 3–4 years of brand/digital marketing experience
  • Must come from a digital marketing agency (not brand side)
  • Exposure to multiple sectors/categories preferred
  • MBA in marketing or mass media / communications degree
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon

  • Project tools: Notion, Asana, or similar

  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • Curious — always reading, watching, absorbing
  • Opinionated but data-informed
  • Comfortable switching between multiple brands
  • Strong ownership mindset — treats brands as their own

Nice to have

  • Experience managing D2C, lifestyle, beauty, food & beverage, or tech brands
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (Qoruz, Winkl, or similar)
  • Understanding of paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads) — not as executor but as a collaborator
  • Experience with WhatsApp marketing or community-led growth strategies
