Japan With Adi is an education platform dedicated to helping students explore opportunities to study, work, and build careers in Japan. We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team and play a key role in guiding students while driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle and respond to student inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Clearly explain our programs and offerings to prospective students
• Conduct calls with interested students and guide them through Japan study pathways
• Build trust and convert leads
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads
• Track, manage, and update lead data systematically
• Identify and engage potential leads through social media platforms
• Work closely with the team to improve conversion strategies
Requirements
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
• Confident, persuasive, and professional personality
• Prior experience or strong interest in sales, counselling, or business development
• Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain structured follow-ups
• Comfortable with calling and closing leads
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication

Training & Onboarding
Selected candidates will undergo a 15-day onsite training program prior to joining, where they will be trained on our programs, sales process, and student counselling workflow to ensure they are fully prepared for the role.
