Powered by IIT Madras with support from NABARD and in collaboration with the National Academy of RUDSETI and the Ministry of Rural Development, REAP delivers 64 certified vocational courses across 600 Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) across the country. The platform provides expert-vetted, video-based courses designed to enhance practical skills and employability for rural youth, ensuring sustainable livelihood opportunities. Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Junior Executive – Assamese at REAP. The Junior Executive will be responsible for managing content in Assamese, including reviewing, editing, and ensuring quality video-based educational materials.
The role includes coordinating with content creators, conducting quality checks, maintaining consistency in content delivery, and supporting the platform’s content management processes. This position also involves engaging with stakeholders to support implementation and feedback collection.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior Executive under the REAP project at IIT Madras.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where the primary focus will be on Quality Control (QC) of AI-generated educational content in Assamese. However, the responsibilities extend beyond QC and provide broad exposure to project operations.
The role offers involvement in:
- Content review and quality assurance
- Linguistic validation and contextual accuracy checks
- Coordination across multiple project workflows
- Support in operational and project-related activities
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team on a large-scale national initiative

Remuneration
₹25,000 per month.
Remuneration is subject to revision after the first month, based on quality of work, performance, and alignment with project expectations.
Please note: Continuation in the role will be performance-driven. The engagement may not be extended if the expected standards of diligence, quality, and commitment are not met.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Assamese with excellent written, reading, and verbal communication skills, with mandatory professional proficiency in English
- Willingness to work onsite at IIT Madras, Chennai
- Experience in content review, editing, and curriculum development
- Proficiency with digital tools such as content management systems, and a basic understanding of e-learning platforms
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic familiarity with video production and editing processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory
- Prior experience in vocational education, skill development, or similar roles is an advantage
