North Wind Estates Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing team for our premium residential project, North Wind Sanctuary (Greater Noida).
Role: MEP Engineer
Location: Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the construction site
• Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and project timelines
• Coordinate with civil, architecture, and external MEP consultants
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with standards and regulations
• Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely completion of MEP activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate or high-rise residential projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience in site execution and coordination with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
