The Calling
This is not a conventional sales leadership position.
At Akanistha, conversations replace pitches. Trust replaces targets. Presence replaces persuasion.
The Vice President – Experiences will serve as the primary custodian of relationships with our Ultra HNI patrons — individuals who are globally exposed, philosophically curious, and deeply private. You will guide them through a journey of ownership that blends real estate, legacy thinking, lifestyle curation, and spiritual alignment.
You are not expected to “close deals”.
You are expected to hold space, command respect, and inspire quiet conviction.
Who This Role Is Designed For
This role is ideal for a polished, articulate leader who has thrived in dynamic environments where discretion, elegance, and intellectual depth are non-negotiable. A dreamer, a passionate enterprising individual who is not looking for a ‘job’ but a ‘purpose’ and if you believe your soul journey has brought you to this exciting threshold to try something new and fulfilling.
Strongly preferred backgrounds include:
- Senior leadership roles in luxury hospitality (boutique hotels, ultra-luxury resorts, private members’ clubs)
- Private banking, investment banking, or wealth management, handling UHNI or family office clients
- Roles involving high-touch relationship management, legacy conversations, and confidential advisory
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience is mandatory.
What You Will Do
- Act as the single-point, trusted confidante for Akanistha’s UHNI clientele
- Lead deeply personal, unhurried conversations around second homes, legacy assets, and mindful ownership
- Represent Akanistha’s philosophy with grace — in private meetings, curated gatherings, and destination visits
- Curate events, mementos for prospective clients
- Represent Brand at various interactions with UHNI
- Collaborate with founders, design, legal, and operations teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience
- Travel to select leisure destinations to host, guide, and nurture client relationships
- Maintain absolute discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence at all times
- Shape long-term client relationships rather than transactional outcomes
