We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our creative team. This role involves leading and executing a wide range of design projects for both digital and print media, providing design expertise, and ensuring all deliverables are visually impactful and aligned with brand standards. The Visual Designer will collaborate closely with Brand & Creative Manager and bring a high level of creativity and strategic thinking to every project. This role offers an opportunity to lead impactful design projects, drive creative vision in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

The Role

  • Lead the design and execution of various projects, including digital marketing assets, print collateral, branding materials, and website graphics.
  • Develop innovative design concepts, strategies, and campaign ideas that align with brand objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Conduct regular design reviews to maintain quality and brand consistency across all projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

The Person

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in print & digital design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web/UI tools like Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print projects, with evidence of conceptual thinking and design expertise.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding principles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
