Job Title: International Sales Coordinator (US Market)
Location: Remote / Office-Based (as applicable)
Shift: US Time Zone (Evening/Night Shift – India Time)
Job Summary:
We are a mattress exporting company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Sales Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate sales activities, and support business development for our USA market. The role involves handling email correspondence, coordinating orders, and participating in client meetings during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with international clients (primarily in the USA) for inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Handle day-to-day sales coordination and follow-ups with clients
- Schedule and attend voice/video meetings with clients (2–3 times per week/month or as required)
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order-related documentation
- Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and dispatch teams
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery updates to clients
- Maintain records of client communication and sales activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience in international sales, export coordination, or client servicing (preferred)
- Comfortable working in US time zone
- Proficiency in email communication and basic business tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in export industry (mattress, furniture, or related sectors)
- Familiarity with export documentation and international trade processes
- Prior experience dealing with US clients
