About the Role
Do you love solving technical mysteries?We’re looking for RPA Engineers who think like Software Detectives — someone who can dive into critical business systems, trace issues across components, and resolve them with precision and speed.
You will work closely with business, tech, and client teams, handling automation incidents and ensuring smooth operations in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a “software detective” to identify, analyze, and resolve RPA automation issues.
End-to-end support for Blue Prism production incidents.
Work across multiple applications and systems to trace root causes.
Interface with client stakeholders, technical teams & non-technical teams.
Follow Incident Management best practices and ensure SLA adherence.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of overall IT experience
2+ years of core hands-on Blue Prism RPA development/support experience
Strong experience in debugging, monitoring, and fixing automation issues
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong understanding of Incident Management Lifecycle
Ability to work in rotational shifts (Hybrid model)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
