We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Public Health to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and implementing innovative public health engineering solutions that make a lasting impact on communities.

  • Lead and manage complex public health engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications for public health systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and problem-solving
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Drive business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in public health engineering
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the department and company-wide initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Public Health Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health engineering or related field
  • Chartered Engineer or Fellow status
  • Proven track record as a Senior Public Health Engineer
  • Strong expertise in design, project management, team leadership, and client liaison
  • Proficiency in Revit and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program)
  • Advanced knowledge of BIM/CAD standards and analytical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful projects
  • Excellent understanding of public health engineering principles and practices
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage project financials effectively
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
