Role Objective
To build and lead the Consumer Technology franchise with full ownership of revenue generation, client relationships, and deal execution across M&A and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the Consumer Tech vertical P&L.
Originate and close large-ticket M&A, PE/VC fundraises, pre-IPO and IPO mandates.
Maintain deep relationships with founders, promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, sovereign funds, and global strategics.
Identify sector themes (AI-led commerce, fintech infra, digital consumer brands, SaaS exports).
Lead mandate pitches and convert them into signed deals.
Oversee transaction lifecycle from origination to closure.
Structure complex deals including secondary exits, control transactions, structured equity.
Strengthen firm positioning within startup and growth equity ecosystem.
Mentor and build a high-performing sector team.
Core Experience Required
Proven track record of closing multiple large Consumer Tech transactions.
Strong network across founders and investment funds.
Experience handling high-growth, loss-making, and tech valuation scenarios.
Ability to drive cross-border strategic deals.
Strong credibility in investor ecosystem.
