Our client is Company of medical scrubs (dress for doctors and surgeons) who is looking for a skilled problem solver to join the team as Forecasting Analyst This company is Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This is the world ’s largest manufacturer of medical scrubs (uniform apparel). They distribute their products through multiple channels including 3rd party retail, wholly owned retail ecommerce sites, and corporate branded sites.
Job Position: Advertisement Specialist (Marketplace)
Experience: 2-4 years
Office Timing: 11AM-8PM/12PM-9PM
Weekdays: 5 days

Role Overview
The Advertisement Specialist (Marketplace) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. This role focuses on driving profitable growth through data-driven ad strategies, keyword optimization, and continuous performance analysis while collaborating closely with content, catalog, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns, including:
o Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display
o Walmart Sponsored Products and Display ads
- Conduct keyword research, search term mining, and competitor analysis to plan campaign structure
- Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and placements to maximize ACOS and TACOS efficiency
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
- Develop advertising strategies to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal events
- Partner with Catalog, Content and Graphic Design teams to align ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
- Analyze advertising reports to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Manage campaign testing initiatives (A/B tests on keywords, creatives, and targeting)
- Track and report performance metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ensure campaigns align with marketplace policies and brand guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4+ years of experience managing marketplace advertising (Amazon and/or Walmart)
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Stackline, etc
- Solid understanding of paid search fundamentals, keyword strategy, and bid optimization
- Experience managing large keyword and SKU portfolios
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate marketplace data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience managing Walmart advertising campaigns
- Experience in healthcare, apparel, or similar categories
- Understanding of different advertising strategies
- Exposure to international marketplace advertising
