Roles and Responsibilities Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
Lead Management – Generate prospects from showroom walk-in, telephone enquiries
Enquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
Demonstrating the Scooter.
Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc
Closing and Followup.
KPIs
– Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
– Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
– Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
– Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer
– CX rating
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile – worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred
Qualification – Graduation/Diploma
Exp. Min. 1 Yrs
Knows driving and have DL
Good communication skills
MAXIMUM SALARY 2.40 LPA
