We are amongst the top 4 India’s largest integrated exhibitions and conventions venue in Greater Noida, spread across 58 acres of land, with a build-up complex of 2,34,453.29square meters area, offering a combination of trade mart with exhibition and convention facilities As of December 31, 2021, our Expo Centre and Mart have an exhibition area of 73,308 square meters. We are also engaged in managing and organising conventions, seminars, meetings, ramp shows and gala nights. 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Assistant Manager / Dy, Manager – Exhibition Sales at India Exposition & Mart Ltd, Greater Noida. The role involves managing and executing exhibition sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Indian brands globally through outbound trade shows in various industry verticals.

Responsible to generate exhibition revenue from new and existing clients

Responsibilities 

  • Planning and executing sales activities which lead towards exhibitor acquisition (including e-selling, phone selling, personal visits to clients, presentations, preparing of mail shots and administration) 
  • Providing sales related information to management on a regular basis (weekly sales report and upon request)
  • Holding the responsibility for key accounts 
  • Working within our CRM program daily
  • Maintaining accurate floor plans 
  • Assisting with the operations process to ensure the quality of manuals, catalogues etc.
  • Traveling to domestic trade fairs to acquire new exhibitors

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
