Job Description:

Responsibilities:

✅ Network & System Management:

Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).

Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.

Ensure seamless internet and POS system connectivity across outlets.

✅ IT Support & Maintenance:

Provide technical support for POS systems, billing software, and CCTV surveillance.

Assist in troubleshooting hardware/software issues in outlets.

Ensure timely system updates and backups.

✅ Security & Data Management:

Implement cybersecurity measures to protect data and transactions.

Manage user access, passwords, and IT policies.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

✅ Vendor & Asset Management:

Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.

Maintain records of IT assets and ensure proper functioning.

Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for IT equipment.
