Design Engineer – CATIA

Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the critical link between global creative concepts and local execution, ensuring design excellence across all projects.

1. Creative Leadership & Conceptualization

• Generate innovative, high-impact design concepts for Prestige and Luxury retail environments, permanent furniture, and promotional displays.
• Translate complex brand DNA and marketing strategy into visually coherent, impactful, and commercially viable design solutions.
• Champion standards of aesthetic excellence and detail from concept pitch to final execution.

2. Global Collaboration & Integration

• Act as the primary design liaison for India, working directly with our established international design network (Americas, Europe, and Asia).
• Fast-Track Immersion (Initial Focus): For the first 6-12 months, you will rapidly integrate with and contribute to our US-based design and engineering teams. This ensures maximum knowledge transfer and allows you to immediately impact high-level international projects while concurrently building the structural foundation for our India department.
• Partner with local and international Engineering and Production teams to ensure seamless technical alignment and manufacturability of all designs.

3. Execution, Visualization & Innovation

• Produce photorealistic 3D renderings, high-quality sketches, and visually magnetic presentations that transform a concept into an unmissable pitch for the world’s most discerning clients.
• Actively source, explore, and vet cutting-edge materials, sustainable technologies, and novel design methodologies to continually sharpen our competitive edge in the Indian luxury market.
• Play a pivotal role in defining the future creative strategy, technology stack, and operational excellence standards for the entire India design function.
