This role provides technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers.
Key Missions
We are hiring for Technical Consultant role at Noida location.
Role & Responibility
Between 2 to 5 Years of expereince required.Experience in eSIM, UICC, USIM etc.Ensures to be the main contact point for technical topics between customers and IDEMIAActs to understand customer technical needs and identifies potential products in relation to IDEMIAs product roadmapPromotes IDEMIA products and services to customersProvides on-going technical support to sales and contributes towards the preparation of sales presentations, tender responses and proposalsImplements projectsCollects functional requirement specifications for applicable products with the customerManages the product selection process and ensures the right product is selected to match customer’s requirementParticipates in the project delivery and technical implementationCoordinates final validation for applicable products with customersMainains a close relationship with technical counterpart of customeEngages constantly in product specification reviews to upsell and influence the next product evolutionAssists in quality complaints from customer on delivered products through first level local troubleshootingSupports quality team in the resolution of problem and coordinates response or communication to the customerPromotes and implements standard products for small to medium size customersWorks under close supervisionProfile & Other Information
