Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC) is internal solution partner for METRO, a € Billion international wholesaler with operations in 32 countries through 630 stores & a team of 85,000 people globally. Metro operates in a further 10 countries with its Food Service Distribution (FSD) business, and it is thus active in a total of 34 countries.
MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Düsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide HR, Media, Finance, Designing, Strategic, IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. Job Description
Handling multiple transitions and projects across MGSC (planning, tracking, periodic review, monitoring, risk management)Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals and milestones.Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment through coordination of project kickoffStakeholder and customer managementSupporting in FTE forecasting for new transitions and FTE billingDefines resources and schedule for project/program implementationCreate strategies for proactive risk mitigation and contingency planningManage Projects within the budgeted cost, timely escalation of issues and their resolutionsProject Transparency – daily/weekly/monthly updates and project progress reported as per agreed scheduleSupporting service management team and ensuring 100% accurate reporting as per agreed timelinesReport Automation and drive efficienciesIdentifying and working on new/existing projects leading to business efficiencyQualifications
