Sales
· Achieve the set business targets on ANP and/or case count
· Acquire New Customer through retirees from companies / References of corporate retirees / Nodal Officers of companies
· Fix meetings with the prospects to explain group annuity solutions face to face
· Fill up digital application form on the tab
· Coordinate with Nodal officers to share data in appropriate format with TALIC central operations team for closure
· Ensure timely funds transfer (Purchase Price) from the corporate to TALIC account
· Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc.
· Render prompt post sales service to all customers
· Keep a tab on competitive activity in assigned corporates and update Supervisor
· Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos.
· Work with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
· To develop Group Annuity business by identifying corporates not empanelled with TALIC and seek support of Group Funds team to tie up with them
· Job requires travel within the zone as per company travel policy
Customer orientation & reporting/ (MIS)
· Adhere to sales activity management framework in place
· Follow – up on database / leads provided to the RMs
· Update the leads status on a daily basis
· Adhering to the Training Road map.
· Providing timely reports to Supervisor as required
· Ensuring compliance to internal sales process
· Follow process & product compliance as per TALIC policies and procedures
· Participate in risk mitigation activities, identify process gaps/flaws and suggest changes, reporting within defined timelines
Technical
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Candidates with prior experience in Annuity sales will be preferred
