Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all PMO activities to ensure smooth project operations.
• Handle budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
• Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate RRF (Resource Request Form) allocation and approvals.
• Ensure effective coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Manage invoicing and billing processes in line with organizational standards.
• Drive and monitor operational activities to support project delivery and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership review.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong expertise in PMO operations with proven experience in budgeting and resource management.
• Excellent knowledge of project financials, invoicing, and cost tracking.
• Ability to manage resource allocation and RRF processes effectively.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
