Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Principal, based in Chennai. The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership, oversee institutional planning and development, and ensure compliance with governing regulations. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, fostering industry collaborations, managing faculty development programs, supervising research and innovation activities, and maintaining accreditation and quality standards. The Principal will also play a key role in aligning the institution’s goals with its mission and vision, promoting a culture of excellence, and enhancing student success.

- Strong leadership and administrative skills to oversee academic and operational functions effectively
- Proven experience in curriculum planning, faculty development, and quality assurance
- Expertise in fostering industry-institute partnerships, enhancing internships, and facilitating placements
- Demonstrated success in research guidance, publications, and intellectual property creation
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and accreditation standards in the higher education sector
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field along with a distinguished academic and professional career
- Experience in a leadership role within a technical or higher education institution is highly desirable
