Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to provide L2/L3 Application Management Support (AMS) and manage procurement and sourcing solutions within the Ariba platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Ariba modules, supplier lifecycle management, and integration with SAP backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Support and manage Ariba procurement and sourcing processes.
• Configure and maintain:
• Ariba Buying
• Ariba Sourcing
• Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
• Manage supplier onboarding and enablement processes.
• Configure and optimize procurement workflows and approval processes.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve procurement processes.
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Ariba.
• Strong expertise in:
• Ariba Buying
• Ariba Sourcing
• Supplier Management / SLP
• Experience in supplier onboarding and procurement workflows.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Familiarity with CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
• Experience in AMS support environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Ariba Contract Management is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Exposure to SAP MM integration scenarios.

• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
