Sr. Executive – Email & Digital marketing

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute, manage and build overall email marketing strategy
2. Active involvement in conceptualization and deployment of innovative email marketing initiatives
3. Experience of working in CRM will be a plus point
4. Email list creation, hygiene and campaign management
5. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of email marketing automation using industry tools
6. Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions for successful email campaigns
7. Optimize campaign performance with strong inclination towards KPIs
8. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and driving website traffic
9. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve user experience
10. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
11. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements and skills

1. Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
2. Proficient using marketing automation technology
3. Experience with email automation tools like Clevertap, Webengage, Moengage
4. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
5. Great interpersonal and communication skills
6. Working knowledge of Adobe campaigns
7. Analytical mindset and critical thinking
8. BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
