Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality Continental dishes according to menu standards.
• Manage your own section efficiently and ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (FSSAI) are strictly followed.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff and commis in daily operations.
• Maintain stock control and assist in inventory management.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.
• Support pre-opening setup – kitchen organization, equipment readiness, and SOP creation.
