Role Title: Corporate HR Business Partner

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and business-aligned Corporate HR Business Partner to drive people
initiatives for our corporate teams. This role will play a critical part in shaping employee experience,
strengthening organizational culture, and building scalable people practices that support GIVA’s
growth journey.
The role requires a strong balance of empathy, data-driven decision-making, and execution
excellence to ensure a positive, engaging, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Employee Experience & Culture
○ Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, belonging, and overall
workplace experience
○ Design and implement programs that strengthen culture, collaboration, and
employee morale
○ Act as a custodian of employee sentiment and proactively drive interventions
● Employee Listening & Grievance Resolution
○ Own end-to-end employee listening mechanisms including surveys, feedback loops,
and pulse checks
○ Analyze insights from employee feedback and translate them into actionable plans
○ Manage and resolve employee concerns and grievances with confidentiality,
sensitivity, and fairness
○ Ensure timely closure and adherence to governance frameworks for all employee
cases
● Organization-wide Programs & Initiatives
○ Conceptualize and execute large-scale organizational programs aligned with
company values
○ Build and manage structured annual calendars for people initiatives
○ Continuously innovate to enhance employee participation and experience
● Capability Building & Development
○ Identify capability gaps and design structured learning interventions for corporate
teams
○ Partner with stakeholders to build role-based and functional capability programs
○ Track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes
● Stakeholder & Vendor Management
○ Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality people
programs
○ Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and execution excellence
○ Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality
● Planning & Governance
○ Own budgeting and financial planning for people initiatives with a focus on ROI
○ Track program effectiveness through data, feedback, and insights
○ Ensure structured execution with strong governance and timelines
● HR Business Partnering
○ Partner with business leaders to understand team dynamics and people priorities
○ Provide insights to improve team effectiveness, engagement, and retention
○ Drive a people-first, high-performance culture across corporate teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 4–8 years of experience in HRBP / Employee Experience / HR Programs roles
● Strong experience in handling employee grievances and managing sensitive situations
● Experience in designing and driving employee surveys and interpreting insights
● Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
● High ownership with strong execution capabilities
● Ability to balance empathy with business alignment
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
