We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our Integrated Facilities Management Systems (IFMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) product lines from our Mumbai office.
The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can think like a business leader and execute like an engineer. You will define what we build, why we build it, and how it reaches the market — working at the intersection of client needs, technology capability, and business growth. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, delivery, and client-facing teams to ensure our IFMS and CMMS products remain best-in-class and aligned with evolving market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IFMS and CMMS software solutions.
- Translate client requirements, market research, and competitive analysis into clear product specifications and feature priorities.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to drive product development from ideation through release.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate features, and ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to support client demonstrations, proposals, and solution positioning.
- Monitor product performance metrics, adoption trends, and client satisfaction to inform continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies — including IoT, AI, and ML — and identify opportunities to integrate them into the product suite.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including feature planning, sprint prioritization, UAT coordination, and go-to-market execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in product management within enterprise software, preferably in facilities management, asset management, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of IFMS, CMMS, or EAM platforms and the operational challenges they solve.
- Prior experience working as a Business Analyst, ERP consultant, or in client-facing delivery roles is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product roadmaps and user stories.
- Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent analytical skills — comfortable working with data to prioritize features and measure outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
