Team Lead – Role Summary

Relevant Exp – 6-8 Years

What You’ll Do:

• Apply strong understanding of SDLC
• Mentor and guide team members technically
• Collaborate with client stakeholders (communication & presentations)
• Learn new domains/technologies quickly
• Maintain a detail-oriented, quality-focused approach

What You’ll Bring:

• 4–5 years of IT experience (operations teams)
• Experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms
• Hands-on with ETL tools/technologies
• Proficiency in at least one: Python, Java, React, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong SQL and database expertise (mandatory)
• Experience mentoring 2–3 team members
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint
• Ability to debug complex client issues and meet SLAs
• Strong individual contributor with team leadership capability
