Narra is a premium skincare brand launching as a digital-first D2C brand. We aim to build a performance-driven brand through strong digital marketing, customer acquisition, and community building.
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Manager who can drive traffic, generate sales, and build Narra’s digital presence across platforms.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through digital channels. The role requires hands-on management of paid ads, social media, influencer collaborations, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads
- Retargeting campaigns
- Lookalike audience creation
Responsibilities include:
- Campaign strategy & execution
- Budget allocation
- Performance monitoring
- ROAS optimization
2. Social Media Growth
Manage Narra’s presence across platforms including:
- YouTube
Responsibilities:
- Content calendar planning
- Creative ideation
- Reels strategy
- Community engagement
- Comment & DM management
Goal: Build a strong brand identity and engaged community.
3. Influencer & Creator Marketing
Identify and collaborate with:
- Beauty influencers
- Skincare creators
- Micro influencers
Responsibilities:
- Influencer outreach
- Negotiation
- Campaign management
- Tracking performance
4. Content Strategy
Plan and manage content including:
- Product education
- Skincare routines
- Before/after results
- Customer testimonials
- Brand storytelling
Coordinate with designers and content creators for execution.
5. Growth Analytics
Track and optimize marketing performance:
Key metrics:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS
- Conversion rate
- Retention rate
- Traffic sources
- Campaign ROI
Prepare weekly marketing performance reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing for D2C brands
- Experience with skincare or beauty brands preferred
- Strong understanding of paid ads
- Knowledge of consumer psychology
- Data-driven decision making
