About ISFT

ISFT (International School of Financial Trading) is India’s only provider of a UK OfQual-regulated qualification in financial trading — the VTCT Level 5 Award, delivered in partnership with our UK academic partner and backed by a London-based proprietary trading firm.

We are expanding our university integration programme — embedding our curriculum into UG/PG finance programmes and building co-branded executive education offerings with leading Indian universities.

About the Role

We are looking for an Academic Alliances Manager — an experienced professional with established relationships within Indian higher education who can identify the right institutional partners, initiate conversations at the right level, and help formalise MoU-based collaborations with universities.

This is a commission-based, consultative role. You will be our primary bridge to the academic world.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach private, deemed, and autonomous universities — particularly those with finance, business, or management programmes

• Engage with senior academic leadership: Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors of Academic Affairs, and International Relations Offices

• Introduce ISFT’s programme portfolio and facilitate structured proposal discussions

• Coordinate with the internal team through pitch, negotiation, and MoU signing

• Earn a commission for every successfully formalised university partnership

Ideal Profile

• Prior experience in academic administration, ed-tech business development, or institutional partnerships

• Established network within Indian universities — especially in business, finance, or professional education departments

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Self-driven and comfortable in a performance-based, flexible work structure

What We Offer

• A differentiated, UK-regulated product with strong academic and industry credibility

• Full pitch support — decks, curriculum briefs, MoU templates, and stakeholder materials

• Flexible, independent work structure

• Transparent, milestone-based commission per partnership closed
