We are a Well-known Insurance Company in UAE, Hiring at our GIFT City Reinsurance Branch (India)

As part of our international growth, our company is establishing a new Reinsurance Branch at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. We are seeking experienced professionals to lead and strengthen our operations in India’s International Financial Services Centre.

Open 3 Positions:

Principal Officer – IIO

• Provide overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the branch.
• Represent our company with cedants, brokers, regulators, and market stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance, compliance, and growth initiatives.
• Looking for a reinsurance leader with 8+ years’ senior management experience and proven expertise in facultative & treaty business.

Underwriting Officer – IIO

• Drive underwriting strategy across facultative and treaty placements.
• Ensure pricing discipline, portfolio quality, and compliant underwriting.
• Collaborate closely with head office teams and manage broker/cedant relationships.
• Ideal candidates will bring 7+ years’ underwriting experience, with strong technical and regulatory knowledge.

Finance & Accounts Officer – IIO

• Lead financial operations, accounting, reporting, and compliance at branch level.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and alignment with our company Group standards.
• Ensure adherence to IFSCA/IRDAI financial regulations and support statutory audits.
• Preference for candidates with professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA/CMA) and reinsurance finance experience.
