Job Profile:
- Lead academic, clinical, and research activities in the department
- Guide postgraduate students and mentor faculty members
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental growth
- Oversee patient care services (OPD/IPD)
Qualification:
- MD (Ayu) in Bal Rog (Paediatrics)
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience (as per NCISM norms)
- Strong research publications in indexed journals
2. Associate Professor
Specializations: Bal Rog (Paediatrics), Swasthavritta
Job Profile:
- Deliver lectures and practical/clinical teaching
- Guide postgraduate dissertations and research work
- Participate in departmental academic and clinical activities
- Contribute to research and publications
Qualification:
- MD (Ayu) in relevant specialization
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience (as per NCISM norms)
- Good academic and clinical record
3. Assistant Professor
Specializations: Shalya Tantra, Shalakya Tantra, Paediatrics (Bal Rog)
Job Profile:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Assist in clinical duties (OPD/IPD) and patient care
- Participate in research, academic, and departmental activities
Qualification:
- MD/MS (Ayu) in respective specialization
