Product Management @ PharmEasy

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the B2C growth funnel for the PharmEasy app , covering Pharma, OTC, New Products, and Private Labels (PL) .

This role focuses on Search, Discovery, Personalisation, Merchandising, and Monetisation , helping shape the shopping experience for millions of customers on the platform.

You will work on improving homepage personalization, search relevance, and recommendation systems , using business insights, data analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML capabilities to improve customer engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for key discovery surfaces including homepage and search
  • Improve product discovery across Pharma, OTC, and Private Label categories
  • Build personalised experiences and recommendation systems to improve engagement and conversion
  • Use data insights and experimentation (A/B testing) to drive product decisions
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to ship impactful features
  • Leverage AI and ML models to improve search relevance, recommendations, and operational efficiency
  • Drive improvements in merchandising, monetisation, and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in high-scale consumer internet companies
  • Strong experience in B2C product development , preferably in e-commerce or marketplace platforms
  • Experience working on search, recommendations, personalisation, or discovery systems
  • Strong data-driven mindset and comfort working with analytics tools and experimentation
  • Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based workflows is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to ship products with measurable business impact
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
