We are looking for someone who can take a prospect from curiosity to conviction.
This is a role for someone who loves being in the room, understanding workflows fast, running killer demos, showing what is possible, and helping customers build their first live agent with Ringg.
What you will do
You will be the bridge between what customers want and what Ringg can bring alive.
You will
- Take product demos for prospects and customers
- Understand real business workflows and map them into AI agent flows
- Showcase live use cases across voice, WhatsApp, chat, and agentic actions
- Help customers create and launch their first agent on Ringg
- Work closely with founders, sales, product, and engineering to move deals forward
- Turn vague customer requirements into sharp demos and pilot plans
- Build trust with customer teams by showing both speed and depth
- Help define best practices for onboarding new customers
- Create reusable demo environments, sample agents, and solution playbooks
- Support enterprise conversations with strong product understanding and workflow thinking

- Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, implementation, consulting, product ops, or forward deployed roles
- Experience with AI products, SaaS tools, automations, CRM workflows, or customer support systems
- Comfort working with product teams and engineers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust in high-stakes enterprise conversations
