- SaaS application configuration
- Managing workflows, business rules, forms, permissions, and role setups
- Ability to understand end-to-end data inflow and outflow
- Basic understanding of JSON
- Configuring user roles and permissions (RBAC)
- Basic understanding of OAuth
- Ability to debug configuration issues
- Analyze logs and integration failures
- Identify whether issues are config-related vs integration-related
- Work with engineering teams effectively
