Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM and Robotics Trainer based in Noida & different regions in North India. The trainer will be responsible for conducting STEM and Robotics workshops, facilitating hands-on sessions using educational kits, and guiding students in project-based learning activities. Key tasks include implementing lesson plans, delivering training on robotics and coding concepts, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining educational equipment. The professional will collaborate with educators to ensure impactful student learning and contribute to building engagement through innovative teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Robotics and Robotic Systems
- Proficiency in Arduino, IOT and other peripheral modules
- Skills in Troubleshooting and managing technical issues with educational kits
- Ability to guide students in hands-on STEM learning activities
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Experience in STEM or Robotics education will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to solve real-world challenges
