Key Responsibilities: –
Develop and execute paid ad strategies across channels (Google, Meta)
Drive conversions, revenue, and ROI for the brand
Analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve performance
Manage budgets, timelines, and overall expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and tech efforts
Preferred Skills: –
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
Experience with Facebook Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network)
Affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction)
Excellent communication and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with attribution modelling and incrementality testing
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing best practices
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other measurement tools
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus
