Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function for our fast-paced advertising environment. This role requires someone who understands creative cultures, can drive talent strategies, and build a high-performance, people-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for creative, digital, and corporate roles
  • Build strong talent pipelines for roles such as designers, copywriters, motion artists, and account managers
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract top creative talent

2. HR Strategy & Business Partnering

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Act as a strategic advisor to department heads on people-related matters
  • Drive organizational development and workforce planning

3. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, feedback cycles)
  • Enable a culture of continuous feedback and high performance

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Build and nurture a creative, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
  • Drive engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and employee satisfaction programs

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and design L&D programs (creative, leadership, tools, etc.)
  • Support career growth and succession planning

6. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, policies, and HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain HR documentation and reporting

7. Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes
  • Promote a positive and transparent workplace environment

Requirements

  • Experience: 8–15 years in HR, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Industry Preference: Advertising, media, digital agency, or startup environment
  • Strong understanding of creative team dynamics and agency workflows
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and performance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with creative professionals (designers, copywriters, motion artists)
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and data-driven HR practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • High adaptability in fast-paced environments
