Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and build rapport
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively relay information and engage with clients
- Proven Sales experience with an ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in Training clients on services and products is a plus
- Interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields is advantageous
- Previous experience in telesales or healthcare-related industries is a plus
