Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms
• Pitch company services (branding, design, digital marketing, etc.) to potential clients
• Work on acquiring and managing multiple brands at a company level, ensuring consistent business growth across accounts
• Bring in business from multiple brands, groups, or associated companies under a single client network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across different brands and business units
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital/creative agency
• Proven ability to handle multi-brand or enterprise-level clients is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client interaction and presentations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of design services is a plus
