Job Summary:

FitClub is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Club Manager to oversee the overall operations of the club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent member experience, managing staff performance, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
• Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Monitor and improve PT (Personal Training) performance and overall club profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction
• Handle member queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
• Manage, train, and motivate the team including trainers, front desk staff, and housekeeping
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance tracking of staff
• Ensure the club maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Plan and execute marketing activities, events, and promotions to increase footfall
• Coordinate with the marketing team for social media and branding initiatives
• Maintain reports related to sales, attendance, and overall club performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in gym/fitness club management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
