We’re Hiring: Design Manager – HPDC , LPDC, GDC Die Casting

Location: Pune

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Design Manager to lead our die casting design function and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20+ engineers/designers
• Handle customer interactions and end-to-end project management
• Review & approve 3D/2D designs, GD&T, and BOMs
• Conduct feasibility studies, Moldflow analysis & DFMEA
• Collaborate with production, quality, and tooling teams
• Ensure adherence to timelines, cost targets, and design standards
• Drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with customers for design discussions and approvals

What We’re Looking For

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Tool Engineering
• Experience: 10–12 years in HPDC, LPDC & GDC die casting design
• Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership role
• Software Skills: UG NX (Expert), Moldflow / Magma (Working knowledge)
• Strong expertise in die casting, tool design, die life management & casting defects
