Job Role
We are looking for a high-energy, result-driven sales professional to expand our presence in the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, and QSRs & Caterers). If you have strong connections in the food service industry and a passion for closing deals, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling FMCG brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary & secondary sales in the HORECA channel
- Develop and manage relationships with chefs, purchase managers & restaurant owners
- Identify, prospect, and on board new institutional clients
- Work closely with distributors to ensure product visibility & availability
- Track competitor activity, pricing & market trends
- Ensure timely collections and maintain strong payment discipline
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports & achieve monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2–8 years of FMCG / Food / Beverage / Horeca sales experience
- Strong B2B selling & negotiation skills
- Existing network in Hotels / Restaurants / QSR segment preferred
- Self-motivated, field-oriented & target-driven professional
- Graduate in Business / Marketing or related field
