About the role
We are seeking for a Lead Trainer to drive learning excellence for our AdOps and DIT teams. You will oversee the end‑to‑end training lifecycle, ensure alignment with business expectations, and work in close partnership with capability leadership and operations managers to build skilled, confident media professionals.
- Train, coordinate and oversee internal training operations. In addition, this position establishes and manages relationships between the Key internal teams and other stakeholders.
- Opportunity to collaborate with Capability leads in driving new initiatives and best practices across the org.
- This position also promotes a team-oriented environment through people development, strong leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support.
- Train resources on domain and platforms, as and when there are NHT batches.
- Work closely with Ops and Quality team, design action plans to plug areas of opportunity.
- Demonstrate innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.
- Should be able to drive key performance metrics related to training.
- Primary responsibility is to ensure developing and delivering various training contents, coaching, mentoring, and through webinars.
- Secondary responsibilities include supervision, reporting, and leadership.
- Deploying standard practices and driving high performance
- Emphasis on input metrics like, throughput, knowledge tests, refreshers, etc.
- Rigorous performance management
- Running stringent governance processes and raising early warnings
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
- A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)
- 4 to 6 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns across various channels
- Extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows, with a minimum of 1 year of experience using the CM 360 ad server
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent presentation and public‑speaking skills.
- Proven training and facilitation skills (virtual & in‑person).
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Basic to Advance Ad Operations knowledge (trafficking, QA, tags, pixels, reporting).
- Understanding of digital media ecosystem, platforms, and workflows.
This may be the right role for you if you have:
- Proven experience on Google Marketing platform preferred CM-360 and Fair Understanding of Prisma platform.
- Strong grasp of overall AdTech space (Ad serving, media planning and buying, tag management, Optimization, analytics, and reporting)
- Hands on experience in online advertising whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, Technology Company, or end-advertiser
- Improve service delivery capabilities and team’s skills set via training program.
- Should be able to create customized training plans for New Hires (fresher’s & experienced) and existing resources.
- Should keep a track of all required platform certification across organization.
- Should be able to provide learning through various forms of training i.e. through test cases, live cases, webinar and classroom trainings.
- Extensive training experience and/or knowledge – Display Advertising Domain and Platforms.
- Excellent Communication skills – Verbal & Non-Verbal
- Expert on Microsoft Excel and PPT

Desirable Skills & Attributes
- Knowledge of various specifications for third-party, fourth party, and ad verification tags, including DoubleClick, AppNexus, DMPs, and IAS, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to platforms like Prisma, GAM, or any major ad server or DSP
- Familiarity with trafficking sheets, QA checklists, and digital analytics basics
- Knowledge of DV360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (added advantage)
