Role Description

We are looking for an Offline Channel Performance Manager to take ownership of the performance and growth of our offline retail channel.

This is a high-ownership, numbers-driven role where you will be responsible for revenue, sell-through, and inventory health across all retail partners.

You will be the single owner of the offline channel, ensuring that it grows in a structured, efficient, and scalable manner — with strong control over inventory, reporting, and execution.

This is not a store management role. The role focuses on managing channel performance across multiple retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Ownership & Performance

  • Own overall offline channel performance, including revenue, sell-through efficiency, and inventory health
  • Track store-wise and SKU-wise sales performance across all retail partners
  • Monitor month-on-month same-store growth
  • Identify bestsellers, slow-moving SKUs, and stock ageing
  • Drive improvements in store-level performance through data, planning, and execution

Inventory & Stock Planning

  • Own stock planning and inventory movement across all retail partners
  • Monitor stock-on-hand and ensure optimal inventory levels across stores
  • Plan replenishments based on sell-through data
  • Coordinate dispatch quantities to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
  • Improve stock rotation and reduce ageing inventory

RTV & Reconciliation

  • Own RTV (returns) cycles across partners
  • Reconcile dispatch vs sell-out data and ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with finance on billing, collections, and reconciliation
  • Ensure clean and reliable inventory and revenue reporting

Retail Partner Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all retail partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and store teams
  • Drive alignment on inventory, replenishment, and performance expectations

Channel Expansion

  • Identify and onboard new retail partners aligned with the brand
  • Support expansion across new cities and store formats

Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain structured Excel-based trackers for sales, inventory, and store performance
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Track revenue, stock movement, and overall channel efficiency

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in retail operations, FMCG, beauty, or D2C brands
  • Experience managing multiple retail partners or multi-brand outlets preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (inventory tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and relationship management ability
  • Comfortable with regular store visits and on-ground execution
