Job Description:Senior role focused on CXO and Board-level influence, not delivery execution. CXO relationships drive access, pipeline influence, and transformation wins. Lead and facilitate high-impact C-suite and Board-level discussions Build, nurture, and sustain long-term boardroom relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders Serve as a senior strategic advisor and relationship leader for enterprise clients Engage directly with CXOs and Boards to shape and influence enterprise transformation agendas Open and lead executive-level conversations across growth, modernisation, cost optimisation, and value creation Influence strategic direction at the enterprise level without owning execution or delivery The ideal candidate is a senior consulting or industry leader with over 20 years of experience in strategy and transformation advisory, ideally from top-tier consulting firms or equivalent environments Bringing a strong CXO rolodex, proven credibility in boardroom settings, and the ability to influence CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and Board members deep expertise in structured problem-solving, consulting frameworks, business design, performance governance, and enterprise transformation
