RCM Infusion Specialist (AIC) – Remote (US Only)

Role Overview

We’re hiring an RCM Infusion Specialist with direct Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) experience to manage the end-to-end revenue cycle for infusion services.

This is not a general RCM role – candidates must have hands-on AIC experience.

What You’ll Do

• Handle prior authorizations for biologics & specialty infusions
• Perform benefits verification & eligibility checks
• Submit clean CMS-1500 claims
• Code infusion services (CPT 8, 7, J-codes)
• Manage denials, appeals, and resubmissions
• Ensure compliance with buy-and-bill vs. white/brown bagging
• Track authorizations and prevent revenue leakage

Must-Have

• 3+ years of direct AIC (infusion center) RCM experience (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in:
• Infusion CPTs & J-codes
• Prior auths for biologics/immunotherapies
• Drug unit calculation & JW/JZ modifiers
• Experience with CMS-1500 billing
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid & commercial payers

Nice to Have

• CPC / CCS certification
• Experience with WeInfuse, InfuseConnect, Epic, eCW, AdvancedMD
• Exposure to high-cost infusion drugs ($10K+)
• Knowledge of 340B program

Success Metrics

• 95%+ clean claim rate
• Prior auth TAT
• Zero compliance issues
