We’re looking for junior architects and fresh graduates who are keen to work on real projects, understand how drawings translate on-site, and grow into well-rounded professionals.
Role Overview
You’ll be involved across stages—from design development to on-site execution—working closely with senior architects and project teams.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure and is ready to take initiative early on.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop working drawings (AutoCAD)
- Assist in BOQs, quantity take-offs, and basic costing
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Participate in site visits and monitor execution progress
- Support 3D modelling and visualization (SketchUp/Lumion/Twinmotion)
- Contribute to problem-solving during project execution
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / Twinmotion preferred
- Basic understanding of materials and construction processes
- Strong willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Own laptop is required
- Open to regular site visits
